No fake chips on the mountain...

These are made right here at the Itty Bitty Chick Inn; delicious, made to taste, 100% ALL NATURAL/ORGANIC.

Scrub your potatoes well and let them dry. I make mine both ways peel on or peel off. It depends on how dirty my potatoes were when I pulled them out of the ground.

Slice them very thinly, not like french fries but the fat way, and dredge them in butter. Salt/pepper/herbs/cayenne/paprika...the possibilities are endless. Just whatever your taste buds choose.

^^ is how I prepare mine ^^.

This is the cooking method used:

Add a pat of butter to my pan for cooking, you can use whatever you like, tallow, lard, olive oil...add potatoes.

Air fry 400° 15-20 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached.

After, if they make it to the shelf, I put them on dry, 180° 8 minutes.

I have potato chips better than the store. I dry them if I want to keep them any length of time - they last very well in a glass jar. Not vacuum sealed any yet, I'll do that and test those. Keep an eye out for updates.

Same cooking method for the Onion Rings and I am super impressed. I do dredge them in eggs, bread crumbs, eggs then lightly flour. Add seasonings here. They are better than a Funyon! I'm pleasantly surprised. They may not be perfect but, that flavor and crisp are there.

Have fun with these, a quick and easy snack.
